As Senior Graphic Designer at First American Title, I created digital marketing and localized print materials that helped regional offices and sales teams connect with their communities while staying true to a national brand. The work included social graphics, email campaigns, flyers, and event collateral, each adapted to a specific market and audience. Every piece went through Legal review, which meant pairing creative flexibility with strict brand and compliance standards.
The History of Closing
I created this illustration series for First American Title’s Remote Online Notarization (RON) launch campaign. The concept was to show how closing on a home has changed over time and where it’s heading next. I started by sketching a scene for various time periods, then built the final illustrations in Adobe Illustrator.
Personalized Divisional Social Ads
I designed seasonal social ads that were personalized for 180+ First American Title agents across the country. To keep up with demand, I built a production system that let me quickly customize and distribute every version, with a new campaign launching every month. This added up to more than 2,000 custom ads each year!
Derby Day Postcards
A local branch asked for Kentucky Derby event materials, so I got to have some fun with them! The brand rules were looser than usual, which gave me room to play with the look and feel, but every piece still met legal compliance requirements.
Recruitment Campaign
I created a series of paid recruitment ads for First American Title that ran on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Each ad was sized for its platform and targeted to a specific demographic, and all of them worked within the established brand to help the company stand out to job seekers.
