As part of an internal campaign to improve morale after the difficult year that was 2020, company leadership wanted to come up with a way to make virtual meetings and conferences more engaging and special. We decided to do this by creating and sending M21 branded care packages to attendees a few days before each meeting.
I pitched a superhero theme, circling around a comic book featuring management in various (admittedly, business-related) storylines where they work together to save the day. 
These served to introduce the topics and themes of each meeting; a total of three comic books were created.
In addition to the comic books, I also created a super alter ego for each member of the leadership team based on each individual's answers to a questionnaire. I designed these trading cards and drew the illustrations myself - there ended up being 36 different heroes!
For the final comic, I incorporated a motion element, as this one was to be strictly digital and didn't come with an accompanying care package.
